Refund policy

All Sales Final. We will take care of you concerning any damaged items or errors on our part, at our expense. Send a picture submission of the damage upon arrival.
   Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Again, claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.You are important to us and so is our quality control.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Replacement


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you find damage or an error, send us an email with the picture attached to claims@shinebrightlytees.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced item to reach you, may vary.
